(1)

In the drilling or operating of any oil or gas well upon the land or leasehold of the interest holder or in the construction of any oil or gas pipeline, or

(2)

In the construction of any material so used or employed, whether the labor is performed or the material or service is furnished on or off the said land or leasehold,
