Fees for filing documents and issuing certificates; powers of the Department of State

(1)

The Department of State shall collect the following fees when documents authorized by this act are delivered to the Department of State for filing:Partnership registration statement: $50.Statement of partnership authority: $25.Statement of denial: $25.Statement of dissociation: $25.Statement of dissolution: $25.Statement of qualification: $25.Statement of foreign qualification: $25.Limited liability partnership annual report: $25.Certificate of merger for each party thereto: $25.Amendment to any statement or registration: $25.Cancellation of any statement or registration: $25.Certified copy of any recording or part thereof: $52.50.Certificate of status: $8.75.Certificate of conversion: $25.Any other document required or permitted to be filed by this act: $25.

Any other document required or permitted to be filed by this act: $25.

The Department of State has the power and authority reasonably necessary to enable it to administer this act efficiently, to perform the duties imposed upon it by this act, and to adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement the provisions of this act conferring duties upon it.
