Fla. Stat. 559.13
Penalty

Whoever either individually or as an officer, director or employee of a person, firm, corporation or association, violates the provisions of this part shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
