Deputy boiler inspectors

(1)

The department shall employ deputy boiler inspectors who shall be responsible to the chief boiler inspector.

(2)

A deputy boiler inspector shall perform inspections of uninsured boilers that are subject to regulation under this chapter, in accordance with the inspection frequency set forth in s. 554.108. A deputy boiler inspector may also engage in public outreach activities of the department and conduct other duties as assigned by the chief boiler inspector.
