Licensure by endorsement; waiver of examination requirement

(1)

The board may grant a license to any person who meets the requirements for licensure by endorsement under s. 456.0145.

(2)

The board may waive the examination and grant a license to any applicant who presents proof of current licensure as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant in a foreign national jurisdiction which requires standards for licensure determined by the board to be equivalent to the requirements for licensure in this part.
