Construction and renovation; requirements

(1)

The provisions of chapter 553, which pertain to building construction standards, including plumbing, electrical code, glass, manufactured buildings, and accessibility for the physically disabled;

(2)

Section 633.206 and applicable rules pertaining to physical standards for nonresidential child care facilities; and

(3)

The standards or rules adopted pursuant to this part and part II of chapter 408.
