Abandoned artesian wells

(1)

An initial inventory which accounts for all known abandoned artesian wells in the district.

(2)

The location and owner of each known abandoned well.

(3)

The methodology proposed by the district to accomplish the plugging of all known abandoned wells within the district on or before January 1, 1992.

(4)

Data relating to costs to be incurred for the plugging of all wells, including the per-well cost and personnel costs.

(5)

A schedule of priority for the plugging of wells, which schedule is established to mitigate damage to the groundwater resource due to water quality degradation.
