Special districts; oversight of state funds use

(1)

Reporting the existence of the program to the Special District Accountability Program of the department.

(2)

Submitting annually a list of special districts participating in a state funding program to the Special District Accountability Program of the department. This list must indicate the special districts, if any, that are not in compliance with state funding program requirements.
