Exceptions for sales or leases

(1)

Any not-for-profit corporation if the lease or financial support agreement has been declared invalid in a final, nonappealable court order entered prior to April 1, 1996;

(2)

Any sale, lease, or contract that has been declared valid in a final, nonappealable court order entered prior to April 1, 1996; or

(3)

Any public hospital leased by a not-for-profit corporation that filed for protection under the federal Bankruptcy Code prior to March 1, 1993.
