Accreditation requirements and programmatic approval

(1)

All programs offered by a licensed institution must be disclosed to the commission, including, but not limited to, avocational programs, examination preparation programs, contract training programs, continuing education, or professional development programs.

(2)

An institution must obtain institutional accreditation prior to obtaining approval from the commission to offer a prelicensure professional nursing program.

(3)

The commission shall adopt rules to implement this section.
