Student eligibility for K-12 virtual instruction

(1)

School district operated part-time or full-time kindergarten through grade 12 virtual instruction programs pursuant to s. 1002.45(1)(b)4. to students within the school district.

(2)

Part-time or full-time virtual charter school instruction authorized pursuant to s. 1002.45(1)(b)5. to students within the school district or to students in other school districts throughout the state pursuant to s. 1002.31; however, the school district enrolling the full-time equivalent virtual student shall comply with the enrollment requirements established under s. 1002.45(1)(d)4.

Virtual courses offered in the course code directory to students within the school district or to students in other school districts throughout the state pursuant to s. 1003.498.

Florida Virtual School instructional services authorized pursuant to s. 1002.37.

Virtual instruction provided by a school district through a contract with an approved virtual instruction program provider pursuant to s. 1002.45(1)(b)2. to students within the school district or to students in other school districts throughout the state pursuant to s. 1002.31; however, the school district enrolling the full-time equivalent virtual student shall comply with the enrollment requirements established under s. 1002.45(1)(d)4.
